The ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó (ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó) is migrating the Foundation School Program (FSP) system to a new secure environment, ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó Login (ÈËÆÞÓÕ»óL), which replaces our older system, ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó Secure Environment (ÈËÆÞÓÕ»óSE).ÌýÈËÆÞÓÕ»óL provides greater, more flexible, secure access to ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó applications. Eventually, all ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó applications will use ÈËÆÞÓÕ»óL. For an overview of ÈËÆÞÓÕ»óL, go to /texas-educators/certification/teal-and-ecos-resources
Ongoing instructions about the migration have been sent through emails directly to affected FSP system users. If you have any technical questions related to the migration, please submit a request at for assistance.
The new web addresses to the FSP reports, including the summaries of finance and payment ledgers, and to the FSP system login will be available beginning on Monday, February 12, 2018. If you have bookmarked these pages, you should update your bookmarks. The new URLs for these pages are:
